Truman Scholar
Jonathan WeinbergÌý( Public Service and Nonprofit Leadership '23) was awarded the Harry S. Truman Scholarship. He is the seventh UNH student and first UNH Manchester to receive the scholarship. His proposal for the scholarship focused on education funding by the state of New Hampshire and included a recommendation that the state increase the amount of money it allocates to school districts in order to decrease the burden on local communities. He also has an interest in criminal justice reform.Ìý
