Katja Schrottner, a Nutrition and EcoGastronomy major in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture, received a Gilman Scholarship to study abroad in Italy during the spring of 2025.

About the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships:ÌýThe Gilman Program aims to increase the number of students studying abroad, including students studying in non-traditional countries, especially those outside of Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand; students from a diverse range of institutions; and students engaged in non-traditional (for study abroad) fields of study, such as the sciences and engineering.
