
So you’ve graduated from high school. Congrats! For the last few months there has surely been an eagerness for that moment to come and to be able to move towards what lies beyond. That future has now finally arrived as one chapter closes and another begins to open. This next story’s setting will take place at a pivotal location in your young adult life: Wildcat Country. To get there, though, you must first make your way through the summer with all of the preparations and transitions it entails. In order to help make smooth this step from one milestone to another, follow this path:

8+ WEEKS ‘TIL MOVE-IN DAY
- Meet fellow Wildcats in your class
- Waive or enroll in Student Health Benefits Plan Ìý
- Complete health + immunization forms Ìý
- Familiarize yourself with UNH’s recommended packing list Ìý
3-6 WEEKS ‘TIL MOVE-IN DAY
- Have routine physical + transfer necessary prescriptions to local pharmacy
- Chat with your future roommate(s) + establish who brings what
- Start accumulating items
1-3 WEEKS ‘TIL MOVE-IN DAY
- Pack, pack, pack!
- DIY dorm decor (+ share it with us!)
- Ìý
- Share your GSS Box # with friends + fam
>1 WEEK ‘TIL MOVE-IN DAY
- Double-check packing list
- Print photos + set aside special items for packing
- Ìý
- Familiarize yourself with campus map
- GET REALLY EXCITED, BECAUSE YOU’RE ALMOST HOME.
