
The 鶹app’s continues to climb in national rankings, rising five spots to No. 58 in the, and stands as the highest-ranked public business school in New England for academic experience and career outcomes.
Paul College ranked No. 36 nationally in academic experience and No. 57 in career outcomes. Additionally, 95% of recent graduates secured jobs within 90 days of graduation, and 83% completed at least one business-specific internship before graduating.
When compared to some of the nation’s most prestigious business schools, Paul College outperformed Pennsylvania (Wharton), Purdue (Krannert), Syracuse (Whitman) and Michigan State (Broad) in academic experience, and Seton Hall (Stillman), the University of Tennessee (Haslam) and Texas A&M (Mays) in career outcomes.

The Poets&Quants rankings are considered the most comprehensive assessment of undergraduate business programs, based on three categories of data. These measure the undergrad B-school experience: the quality and diversity of students enrolling in the program; the ability of a B-school to nurture, challenge and help students grow; and employment outcomes. Recent graduates are surveyed on aspects of faculty availability, extracurricular opportunities and accessibility of the alumni network.
According to Kristy Bleizeffer of Poets&Quants, “All business programs ranked by Poets&Quants are at the leading edge of business education, delivering a learning experience that transforms students’ sense of who they are and what they can do in the world. The ranked schools reflect the top 12% of the more than 840 business schools accredited by AACSB International, the main accrediting body for business education.”
As part of the alumni survey, the Class of 2022 rated various aspects of their experience on a scale of 1 to 10. Paul College received high average scores in key areas, including alumni willingness to recommend their business school (9.4), job offers from desired companies after graduation (8.9) and faculty quality (8.8) and accessibility (9.1). Additionally, 83% of alumni reported participating in a signature experiential learning program or project
The average salary for the most recent graduates was $60,439, with 53% reporting an average signing bonus of $4,297. The top employers included Fidelity Investments, Intentsify, Medicus Healthcare Solutions, JPMorgan Chase, Dell Technologies, Oracle, RSM US, Charles Schwab, FedPoint and Marriott International.
UNH Paul is a national leader in experience-based education. Its signature first-year program, FIRE (First-year Innovation and Research Experience), helps students build community and explore the college and university in a supportive team-based approach. Its Business in Practice program connects students with industry professionals in an interactive classroom learning environment. Paul College offers numerous opportunities for students to apply their knowledge and skills, including 17 industry-focused student organizations and clubs, capstone corporate consulting projectsand student-run investment funds.
