
Fiona Wilson
Dr. Fiona Wilson is the Chief Sustainability Officer for the Â鶹app (UNH), the state's flagship public university, a land, sea and space grant institution, a recognized national leader in sustainability.ÌýShe is also Executive Director of UNH's Sustainability Institute. Fiona  was previously a founder and Executive Director of UNH’s Changemaker Collaborative, the Institute's partnership with Paul College and the Carsey School, which offers sustainability-relatedÌýhigh-impact programs steeped in real-world experiential learning, with aÌýmission to inspire, train and support the next generation ofÌýleaders with the confidence and competenceÌýto drive sustainable change in their careers. She was also a member of UNH’s Paul College’s facultyÌýfor eight yearsÌýwhere her teaching and researchÌýfocusedÌýon how innovativeÌýresponsible businessÌýapproaches can help tackleÌýthe world’s sustainabilityÌýchallenges.ÌýEarlier, Fiona spent almost on the decade at the Simmons College School of Management.ÌýPrior to her academic career, Fiona spent fifteen years in the business world, including asÌýVP of Marketing for CMGI,Ìýan internet investment and operating company,ÌýandÌýin various roles atÌýOgilvy & Mather AdvertisingÌýin both London and Barcelona. Fiona is on the board of Revision Energy, the largest renewable energy company in New England, and an employee-owned certified B Corp, as well as member of the board of trustees at the non-profit Friends of Casco Bay whose mission is to improve and protect the environmental health of Casco Bay through science, advocacy, and community engagement.ÌýPreviously she served on non-profit boards, including as President and a trustee of the Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment, andÌýa member of the board of trustees ofÌýMeridian Stories.
